US 2010 food trip special: In N Out Burger

About the food:

Obtaining a US VISA can be very difficult and costly. But once you're approved and have a round trip to and from the US, it's best to make the best use out of it: one of which is by trying all the food there!

Last year, when I first went there with family, (and the first time I ever used a DSLR), the first food I wanted to try was the famous In N Out Burger.

Available only in the State of California, In N Out is a family-owned businesses that does not entertain and does not have any franchises. Furthermore, though they sell only hamburgers, fries, and soda (they don't sell chicken or fish burgers), their burger place is one of the most successful businesses I know of. Almost everyday, their drive thrus are full.

I got the double-double burger (see picture above). Their burger patty tastes excellent. The vegetables were also quite larger than what you would normally see in our country.

Moving on, the fries were also freshly cut, and barely oily.

Above are some facts and good information about In N Out.

Oh by the way, in the States, most if not all fastfood joints have UNLIMITED DRINKS for all their meal packages. For those who are more health conscious, they also have among the drinks, unsweetened tea, lemonade, and plain drinking water. You can drink as much as you want when you dine in.

After eating, make sure that you personally throw all your waste in the wastebasket. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR WASTE IN THE TABLE. There, you should have the initiative and discipline to throw your own trash. You should not depend on others or waiters to clean up your mess.

Moving on after that important reminder, In N Out Burger is a MUST-TRY if ever you stay somewhere in California. It may not be the healthiest meal, but for the sake of experience you simply must try it.
