Merry Moo is a home-made ice cream, which uses non-UHT dairy and is instead, pasteurized. It is said that non-UHT dairy allows better retention of the real milk flavor.
Unlike regular ice creams that you can buy in the supermarket, Merry Moo offers new unique flavors. Among other flavors, they are strawberry basil, sea salt caramel and berry trifle (see above pic).
Where to buy:
Their stall is located at Mercato Centrale in Fort Bonifacio, only on weekends. One scoop costs PHP60. They also sell by pint and by liter. Since the ice cream is made in small batches, one may need to place an advance order for the pint and liter sizes.
I commend Merry Moo for using fresh ingredients in their ice cream. Furthermore, the taste is not that sweet, compared to commercial ice cream. As a dessert though, it is best not to consume too much:)
